Benefit Summary

Health Insurance:

Guardian– EHS pays the premium that provides all full time employees a flat rate benefit in life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.   Voluntary life insurance is available to the employee for increasing the individual benefit as well as purchasing voluntary spousal and dependent child(ren) benefits

Long and Short Term Disability:
Voluntary benefit offered through Guardian to employees on a post-tax basis

401k Plan

Crisis Stabilization Clinician will provide intensive home and/or community-based crisis services to assist and stabilize individuals who are experiencing an acute crisis. Services will specifically address symptoms and behavior management, individual and group counseling and the addressing of daily living needs to stabilize individuals who are in a psychiatric crisis.
